In my 15 years as a journalist, I covered the London 2012 Olympics, the US election and the Iraq War. I have also interviewed celebrities, politicians and chief executives. I contributed to CNN’s Peabody Award winning coverage of the Arab Spring. I report on camera on international business news for the BBC, covering Wall Street market turmoil, initial public offerings from the technology sector and the housing market collapse. My writing has also appeared in The New York Times, People Magazine and various travel and news blogs.
I have a B.A. from Cornell University, and a M.A. in Communications from Georgia State University. I taught media writing and public speaking at Georgia State University and Emory University, both in Atlanta.
